You will be guided through a simple, classic yoga sequence designed to help you stretch, relax & reconnect.
Expect breathing exercises, a warm-up, standing and seated postures and time for rest.
You will be invited to move consciously and stretch deeply, allowing your body to release tension and stress, leaving you feeling calm and energised for the rest of the day.
The gentle, nurturing pace of the class encourages you to focus on your inner experience and respond to this with kindness and understanding.
